MEET THE TEAM
Dr. Fred A. Wagshul, M.D.
Medical Director, MTP
Dr. Wagshul completed his internship and residency in 1984 at Perth Amboy Hospital, New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry. He spent two years at Norwalk Hospital, Yale University School of Medicine, completing a pulmonary fellowship.
Dr. Wagshul has a clinical appointment to Wright State University School of Medicine and has been elected into their Alpha-Omega-Alpha Honor Society.
Dr. Wagshul's areas of special interest include: pulmonary function testing, sleep evaluation, atypical bronchitis, and lung cancer.
Dr. Wagshul is a member of the American College of Chest Physicians, the Ohio State Medical Association, and the Montgomery County Medical Society. Dr. Wagshul has been in private practice in South Dayton since his fellowship in 1986.
Denisea K. Mount - MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Denisea attended and graduated with an Associate of Science in Nursing from the Kettering College of Medical Arts, Kettering, Ohio in 1992. That degree was followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, from The Ohio State University,
Kristal Ledbetter- NP
Newly graduated Nurse Practitioner with 21 years of experience as a registered nurse offering proven clinical knowledge, natural interpersonal strengths, technical abilities, and charge nurse experience.
Tish - Chronic Care Manager

​Tish oversees the day-to-day care management for chronically ill patients with chronic diseases such as chronic kidney disease, diabetes mellitus, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and/or congestive heart failure.
The Chronic Care Coordinator collaborates with chronically ill patients and their family/caregiver(s), clinic providers, and community resources.
Nicole - Office Manager

Nicole oversees the day-to-day function of the practice. Specific tasks include the patient environment and safety, ensuring all patients experience the best care.
She is also responsible for the administrative side at MTP, including staff and policy compliance, purchasing, problem-solving, and effective communications internally and for our patients.
PRACTICE LEADERSHIP
Julie - Operations Manager​
​
Julie has extensive experience in medical management, having previously served as the Regional Operations Manager for a large Dayton area Urgent Care group.
At MTP, Julie is responsible for day-to-day operations, including billing, marketing, project management, employee relations, and human resources.
Julie completed coursework at Wright State University and is a member of the American Medical Association.
